We’ll check you in for your flight within 24 hours before departure. As a confirmation that your check-in has been successfully completed, you will receive an email from our Customer Care team or an email with your boarding pass attached.
Seats are selected from those that are currently available at the time registration begins, according to the preferences that you specified when selecting this service on the website (at the front or rear of the aircraft, window seats, or aisle seats).
You will then need to print your boarding pass and bring it with you to the airport.
You must print your boarding pass BEFORE check-in at the airport closes (using any printer, at the check-in desk, or at the self check-in kiosks).
Check-in generally closes 40 minutes before departure. Please note that this time may be increased to 60 minutes for certain flights.
If you have baggage that needs to be checked in, you will need to do so at your flight’s check-in desk or the drop-off counter before check-in ends.
If you’re only travelling with carry-on baggage, you can head straight to security with your printed boarding pass and passport, and then you’re ready to board. Boarding generally ends 20–25 minutes before departure.
The current price is indicated when purchasing the service on the website and in the app.
For the following airlines, the price of service is calculated for each stage of the journey: Azimuth, Pobeda, Smartavia, Nordwind Airlines, Red Wings, NordStar, UTair, iFly, S7 (only for the Basic fare), Yamal Airlines.
Please note: the carrier may refuse online check-in (due to technical failures, the unavailability of online check-in at the departure airport, a joint (code-share) flight, or other reasons). If it is not possible to provide this service, the funds will be refunded to the customer’s card and they will be notified of the cancellation of this service via email. In such cases, passengers must check in at the airport in person.
How to Refuse the Service
If you accidentally added Online Check-In to your order, it can only be cancelled on the day of ordering.
In order to cancel this service, you will have to get in touch with us through our chat via our app or website.
The cost of the service will be returned to you in the same way that you paid for the order.
A service is considered provided if a corresponding message has been sent to the buyer from our Customer Care team. Provided services are non-refundable.
