For a refund you need to provide:
- passport;
- airline ticket copy;
- a copy of the visa refusal on the official letterhead of the consulate, or a copy of the front page of
- the passport with the refusal stamp;
- marriage certificate, birth certificate, divorce certificate — depending on the relationship and the names of the passengers, if a close relative was to fly with the passenger who was denied a visa.
Close relatives and family members are defined as spouses, parents and children (adoptive and adopted), grandparents and grandchildren, full and half brothers and sisters.
Documents should be scanned or photographed, each sheet should have a separate scan.
