Some people like camping, while others will only accept a 5-star hotel. It&#8217;s the same with support: some people will sort everything out themselves, while others prefer maximum convenience.<\/strong>         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose the level of support that suits you. What the different levels affect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>how quickly you get an answer when you contact Customer Care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether you receive an SMS when your flight time changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether you can save on service fees if you want to change or return* your ticket. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maximum Support<\/strong>         <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approach: &#8220;Get the most out of life&#8221;<\/strong>         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this level, you are a priority. Our Customer Care service will answer you first whenever you have a question. If you want to change or return* a ticket, you won&#8217;t have to pay extra fees . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your flight is provided by any of the airlines on <a href=\"#header1\">this list<\/a>, then you will get SMS notification of any schedule changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n          <strong><br>Standard Support<\/strong>\n        <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approach: &#8220;I don&#8217;t need much, just the best&#8221;<\/strong>         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This level of support guarantees that your inquiries to Customer Care will be given priority. If your flight is provided by any of the airlines on <a href=\"#header1\">this list<\/a>, then you will get SMS notification of any schedule changes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Support<\/strong>         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approach: &#8220;Survival is enough&#8221; <\/strong>         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your inquiries to Customer Care will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis. Service fees for changing, returning or cancelling a ticket will apply. You will not receive SMS notification of schedule changes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* This option does not apply to tickets with non-refundable fares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">           <br><strong>How to cancel the service?<\/strong>         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Priority Support is only valid for the duration of a single order, and can be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you accidentally added Priority Support to your order, it can only be cancelled on the day of ordering, as long as it hasn&#8217;t come into effect and hasn&#8217;t been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cancel this service, write to us from your Account via the chat function in the app or on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost of the service will be returned to you in the same way that you paid for the
