To delete your account with all personal data from the Kupi.com app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in if you are not currently logged in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click the Chat tab at the bottom of the screen. Click Send us a message<\/strong> and follow the instructions of the chatbot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. When a Customer Care specialist joins the chat, tell them you want to delete the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. The specialist will send you a unique link to delete your account. Click on it to complete the deletion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your personal data previously saved in your Account will be deleted: full name, passport numbers, phone number and email, bank card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All information about your orders in our system will be encrypted and anonymized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
