What does the term “single ticket” mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are restrictions of airlines for such kind of tickets. “Single tickets” can only be used sequentially, starting from the first departure airport, without skipping any steps in the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It basically means that\u00a0a user not showing up for the outbound flight will be considered a no-show, and all the connecting flights associated with this one, even a return flight, will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such tickets can only be refunded in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I determine if the ticket is a “single ticket”?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a ticket number indicated on the Itinerary Receipt is the same for all flights, then your ticket is considered to be a “single ticket”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to refund a part of a “single ticket”?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the fare rules and airline permit a refund, it is possible to refund connecting flights, but only after the previous one has been completed. Therefore, you can only refund the remaining part of the route after completing a specific step of the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
