If your flight is delayed or postponed, you will receive a notification. We will also send you information about check-in counters and gate number. This will help you to adjust your plans in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to purchase the service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add &#8220;Essential Flight Alerts&#8221; to your order during booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You just need to add the service when you book your ticket and pay for the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will register a subscription for updates on your flight with the data provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first notification can be sent up to 24 hours before departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Further notifications will be sent in real time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SMS will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of booking and Push notifications will be sent to the &#8220;Kupi.com&#8221; app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What changes we will notify you about<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We will send an SMS if any of the following parameters change:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>expected flight departure time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>arrival airport city<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gate number at the airport of departure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We will send a Push if one of the following parameters changes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>start or end check-in time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>start or end boarding time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>check-in desk numbers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>baggage belt number at the airport of arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aircraft model number<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and conditions of the service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The service is activated automatically after purchase and includes SMS and Push notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To receive SMS you need a mobile phone with an active SIM card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For push notifications you need to have the &#8220;Kupi.com&#8221; mobile application installed with notifications enabled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancelling a service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have purchased the \u2018Important flight notifications\u2019 service and want to cancel it, you can do it only on the day of purchase, before it has started working and has not been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cancel the service, send us a message in the chat in the app or on the website from your Personal Area.
